Important Note:
The registration fee is applicable only for participation in the selected race category of Run for Ram 2026. The fee does not include or guarantee any promotional offers, discounts, giveaways, merchandise, or sponsor-led benefits. Any such offerings, if available, will be extended independently by event sponsors or partners. All registration fees are inclusive of applicable taxes, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Prize Money
Total prize pool of ₹15,00,000
To be awarded across all race categories including 42 KM, 21 KM, 10 KM, and 3 KM runs. Detailed prize distribution and category-wise awards will be announced closer to the event date.
Welcome to the Bib Expo
All race categories are professionally timed using RFID technology and supported with on-course facilities to deliver a smooth and well-organised running experience.
How to Collect Your Bib
- Show the registration confirmation email on your phone or as a printed copy.
- Present a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Collect your bib number and race kit from the designated counter.
What’s Next at the Expo
- Review important race-day information displayed at the venue.
- Check the official race route maps and instructions.
- Capture your moment at the expo and share it on social media.
Things to Keep in Mind
- If collecting a bib on behalf of another runner, an authorisation letter from each runner along with your own valid photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) is mandatory.
- Bibs will not be issued without the required documents.
- One person may collect race kits for a maximum of 10 runners.
- No on-the-spot registrations will be permitted.
- Bib numbers are non-transferable.
Terms & Conditions
1. Change of Race Category
Change of race category is permitted only up to 5th January 2026. Participants requesting a category change must:
- Email the request to the official event email ID
- Cancel the existing registration (₹200 will be deducted as processing charges)
- Register again under the new category
- No category change requests will be accepted after 5th January 2026.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once a registration is confirmed, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances. In case an application is rejected for any reason, the registration fee will be refunded on or before 31st January 2026, after deduction of ₹200 as processing charges.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Non-participation
- Failure to collect bib from the Expo
- Disqualification or inability to run due to illness or weather conditions
- Any refund-related discrepancies must be reported before 15th January 2026. Requests after this date will not be considered.
3. Race Rules & Winner Criteria
- Overall Winners (42 KM / 21 KM / 10 KM)
- Winners will be decided based on finish time (Gun Time).
- Reporting at all timing checkpoints is mandatory.
- Age Category Winners (42 KM / 21 KM / 10 KM)
- Winners will be decided based on Net Time (Finish Time minus Start Time).
3 KM Family & Fun Run
- This is an open category with no age classification.
- Winners, if applicable, will be decided based on finish time.
Important Rules
- Early start or late start (more than 10 minutes after flag-off) will lead to disqualification from prize consideration.
- Bib must be worn correctly on the chest; holding the bib in hand is not permitted.
- Running a category different from the one printed on the bib will be marked as DNF (Did Not Finish).
- Lost or damaged bibs will not be replaced.
- Tampering with the bib or timing chip will result in disqualification.
- Results declared on race day are provisional and subject to verification.
4. Waiver & Declaration
By registering for Run for Ram 2026, the participant (or guardian, where applicable) confirms that:
- All information provided is accurate and complete
- The Medical Advisory has been read and understood
- Participation is at own risk and responsibility
- The participant is medically fit and adequately trained
- The organiser, sponsors, partners, and associated entities shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or loss
- Event photographs/videos may be used for promotional purposes
- Event-related updates may be shared via registered email, mobile number, or WhatsApp
5. Medical Advisory
Participants are strongly advised to consult their personal physician before training or participating, especially if they have a history of:
- Heart conditions or high blood pressure
- Dizziness, fainting, or chest pain
- Chronic medical conditions
- Joint, muscle, or mobility issues
- Use of prescribed medication
If you answer YES to any health-related concerns, medical clearance is strongly recommended before race day.

- Maintain proper hydration and balanced nutrition
- Avoid alcohol and excessive caffeine before race day
- Prepare for local weather and humidity conditions
- Train responsibly and progressively, especially for longer distances

7. Race Day Guidelines
- Begin with a proper warm-up and stretching routine
- Run at a pace suitable to your fitness level
- Be mindful of minor course variations
- Adjust effort based on temperature and humidity
8. Race Day Safety
- Complete emergency contact details on the back of your bib
- Seek immediate medical help if you feel dizzy, unwell, or uncomfortable
- Hydrate regularly but avoid overhydration
- Use cooling methods at hydration stations if required
9. Post-Race Care
- Continue walking after finishing to help normalize blood circulation
- Rehydrate gradually over the next few hours
- Consume a balanced post-race meal
- Seek medical attention if you feel unwell after the race
10. Medical Services
Medical support will be available through:
- Medical base camps near the finish area
- On-course medical aid stations
- Ambulances and paramedics
- Trained medical volunteers throughout the route
11. Participant Responsibility
Each participant is responsible for:
- Assessing personal fitness and health readiness
- Following race rules and safety instructions
- Assisting fellow runners in distress where possible
- Respecting event guidelines and course discipline
12. Anti-Doping Policy
Run for Ram 2026 follows anti-doping norms aligned with international athletic standards.
Random anti-doping tests may be conducted. Refusal to undergo testing will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prizes, and may impact eligibility for future editions.
